Individual therapy is available for adults (18+)

Session Length: 60 minutes

Face-to-face at my Ballito office
Online, in a private and comfortable space
Practice Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Rates & Policies
Medical Aid Clients: Medical aid rates apply
Private Clients: R1300 per 60-minute session (fees reviewed annually)
Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.
